Bolcetta is a lifestyle brand. It is a company which was started to show that elegance can come out of the most common materials that we see everyday. Bolcetta is about functionality, style and personalization.

We want you to own your Bolcetta.

Bolcetta is pronounced as [bul-si-ta] which means plastic in Bisaya. It is derived from the Spamish word "Bulsa" which means a purse or bag.

The shop started with selling customizable bags and later on ladies accessories.

The Bolcetta company is based in the United Arab Emirates but we cater to customers all over the world.

Our online shop is hosted in Shopify, that itself is already an assurance for your security. Providing our customers with a safe and secure shopping experience is critical for us.

Your credit card transactions are encrypted and our servers are secure to protect you and your information. The site has an SSL certificate that encrypts all your sensitive data.

We will never sell or provide your information to an outside party. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for additional information.

My Account

Yes, signing up an account with us helps speed up the checkout process and allows you to keep track of your orders. You may sign up for an account before shopping or create your account before you check out at the shopping bag page. However, you may also opt for guest checkout for greater convenience. Do note that your information will not be stored and you will not be able to check or make amendments to your order if you have opted for guest checkout.

Shipping and Delivery

Yes, we do. For our domestic customers, we offer free shipping for orders woth 200aed and above, for our customers in the US, free shipping applies to all orders above $100.

UAE orders - processing of orders takes only 1-2 working days. You will get your items with in 2 -3 working days.

You need to make sure that you will be available to attend to the courier's call. In case you miss their call, you can call back or wait for the courier to call again. Our partner courier will attempt twice before returning the ordered item back to us.

US/Canada/Europe orders - processing of orders bound for international shipment takes 2 working days. 

Standard shipping usually takes 10-14 days for the item to reach your doorstep from the time it left our warehouse.

Yes we do! We have several loyal customers from the US. Orders shipped to the US takes usually 7-10 days delivery time, that is excluding the handling time which is around 2-3 working days. We will be providing you with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Returns and Exchanges

In an unlikely circumstance that you are not elated with your purchase, you can always request for a "Return" by submitting a request by sending us an email at hello@bolcetta.com with in 14 days from the time you received your item.

We want you to be head over heels in love with your order and if you are unhappy with the product, we want to make everything right for you.

Payment Mode

We accept credit card and debit card via Mastercard, Visa, American Express and all other major credit card providers.

For our customers outside of UAE, you can also use Paypal.

Cash on Delivery is also available for all our domestic transactions.

All payments are processed in UAE dirhams, however you can see the current conversion into USD and Euro in the currency converter in the menu. In addition, our partner payment gateway TAP will automatically convert the amount of your order to your country's currency, depending on your location.

Charm Bracelets and Accessories

All our accessories passes through a rigorous quality control to make sure that what you will get the best value for your money. It will last you a lifetime.

Our team sources product in Philippines, India, Italy, Turkey and Thailand. Some of our accessories are handmade and created in our warehouse in the UAE.

Charms are sourced outside of UAE but are basically all put together by our talented artisans.
